Policies
-Once the deposit is made, this will secure your trophy/mount to the work queue and allow us to order any necessary forms for the completion of your trophy.
-You will receive a call/e-mail upon the completion date of your trophy/mount, we only have so much room and can store them for a short period before we can start the next customers order.
-After 30 Days (and 60 days, if necessary) from completion time you will receive another call/e-mail for mount pickup.
-After 90 Days from completion time you will receive our last call/e-mail for mount pickup and if it is not picked up, we reserve the right to sell and/or donate the trophy or even add to our showroom collection (if there is room).
-Certain creations may take weeks and/or months to complete depending on season, workload and capacity, feel free to call us if you would like an update on the status of your order.
-Please, we ask that you do not bring us any rotted game. Call us after your catch/kill if you wish to have it immortalized and we can give you instructions on how to preserve it before we can mount it.
